Richard Hoose of Event Pro has announced the food winners from the 2009 TASTE OF NIAGARA, held the weekend of July 24^th through the 26^th in Niagara Falls, NY.

They are as follows:

• People's Choice: Formal BBQ & Event Catering
• Committee's Choice: The Silo
• Mrs. Ribs Memorial Award: Formal BBQ & Event Catering
• Best Specialty Sandwich: The Pittsburgh Sandwich from Bay Front Concessions  (Pittsburgh Dave)
• Best in Bun: Louie's Hot Dogs - Foot long Hot Dog
• Best BBQ: Formal BBQ & Event Catering - Tenderloin Kabob
• Best Specialty Pizza: Just Pizza's - Hawaiian Pizza
• Kids Choice:  Hurricane Bar & Grill's - Popcorn Chicken
• Best Side Dish: The Silo's - Sweet Potato Fries
• Best Entree: Donato's - Bourbon Chicken

The 2009 TASTE OF NIAGARA was held on the newly-renovated West Mall in downtown Niagara Falls, located between Rainbow Boulevard and Prospect Street.
Organizers say the venue proved to be a good choice and the event was a success.
